بازداشت تکان دهنده یک دانشجو و شکنجه وی در بازداشتگاه

یکی از دانشجویان دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد پس از گذشت بیش از یک ماه نحوه ربوده شدن و ضرب و شتم وحشیانه خود را بازگو کرد.

به گزارش خبرنامه امیرکبیر ا. گ. دانشجوی دانشگاه فردوسی مشهد در تاریخ 23 تیرماه در منطقه پونک تهران توسط نیروهای نظامی ربوده شده و پس از ضرب و شتم وی و فحاشی های رکیک نسبت به وی با دست و پای بسته به مکان نامشخصی انتقال داده شده است.


ماموران نظامی و لباس شخصی بازداشت کننده بدون ارائه هیچ گونه حکم بازداشت علاوه بر ضرب و شتم وحشیانه وی را به بازداشت گاه نامشخصی انتقال دادند که وی از مکان آن اطلاعی ندارد.


این دانشجو پس از یک هفته از بازداشتگاه نامعلوم به زندان اوین انتقال داده می شود و در تمام دوران حبس خود در سلول انفرادی بسر برده است. به گزارش خبرنامه امیرکبیر با وجود جراحت های عمیق و نیز شکستگی از ناحیه صورت و نیز انگشتان دست، ماموران زندان اجازه درمان وی توسط پزشک زندان را ندادند.


وی در تمامی طول دوران بازجوئی با چشم بند مورد بازجوئی قرار می گرفته است. هم چنین بازجویانی که با نقابهائی سیاه رنگ بر صورت داشته اند بارها وی را به طرز وحشیانه ای مورد ضرب و شتم های شدید، و آزار و اذیت روحی و جسمی شدید قرار داده اند.


مامورین در طول دوران بازداشت انواع اتهامات گوناگون از جمله محاربه با خدا، ارتباط و مراودات با محافل بیگانه، اقدام علیه امنیت ملی، سرکردگی اغتشاشات و تخریب اموال عمومی به وی نسبت داده اند.


این دانشجو به تازگی بدلیل وضعیت وخیم جسمی با قرار وثیقه 50 میلیون تومانی از اوین آزاد شده تا به درمان بپردازد.

After the brutal beatings, the security and plainclothes forces arrested him without showing any arrest warrant and took him to a detention center unknown to him.

After a week of his arrest, the student was then taken from this unknown detention center to Evin prison where he was held in solitary confinement. According to Khabarnameh, despite injuries and fractures in his head and fingers, he was not allowed by the prison officials to seek medical help.

Throughout his interrogations, he was kept with a blindfold on. On several occasions, Interrogators, wearing black masks, beat him severely and put him through severe physical and mental abuses.

During the detention, agents accused him of various charges, including blasphemy, connection with foreign sources, acting against national security, leading disturbances, and taking part in destruction of public property....

Due to his severe physical condition, he has been released from Evin prison to seek medical treatment on a $50,000 bail.
