دادگاه مجیددری دانشجوی محروم از تحصیل دانشگاه علامه که ار 18 تیر ماه امسال و پس از کودتا در بازداشت به سر میبرد برگزارشد. وکلای وی محمد اولیایی فرد و منیژه محمدی نیز حضور داشتند.
کیفر خواست این دانشجوی عضو شورای حق تحصیل سنگین و دور از ذهن بود و اتهاماتی چون اقدام علیه امنیت ملی؛اخلال در نظم کشور, تشویش اذهان عمومی؛حضور در تجمعات غیر قانونی را در برداشت.
گفتنی است هم اکنون 8 تن دیگر از دانشجویان علامه نیز در بازداشت به سر میبرند.

Majid Dorri’s trial was held at the 26th branch of the Revolutionary Court today.
HRA - The prisoners’ rights unit of HRA reports that the trial of Majid Dorri was held today in Tehran. Dorri is a banned Allameh University student and a member of the Right to Education Council.
Dorri was represented by his two lawyers Mohammad Oliyaifard and Manijeh Mohammadi who presented the defense’s arguments.
Dorri’s indictment was loaded with unthinkable and heavy charges, such as acting against national security, disrupting national order, disrupting public opinion and taking part in illegal gatherings.
Dorri, who has been suspended for life from the University, was arrested on July 9th, 2009 and is currently detained in Ward 350 of Evin Prison.
