According to reports received from section 4 of Gohardasht prison in Karaj, political prisoner, Mansoor Radpoor, is suffering from severe kidney disease and acute gastritis with consequent infection and bleeding but he is not receiving any medical care.
Political prisoner Mansoor Radpoor 41 years old has been suffering from kidney disease and gastritis for a long time. He has severe infection and his stomach is bleeding causing him severe pain in such way that he is not able to eat.
According to the medical ward of the prison, he has to be sent to a hospital outside the prison to go through endoscopy since the medical ward inside the prison is not equipped to provide him with proper care and treatment.
His transfer to an external hospital is subject to approval by Asef Hosseini, chief of branch n. 1 of the Revolutionary Court of Karaj. Asef Hosseini has so far refused to consent to the treatment of the prisoner by an external hospital and is using the prisoners illness to exert pressure on him. Assef Hosseini is a former prison interrogator, now dressed as a judge and has condemned many political prisoners to heavy punishments and their families to many limitations.
It is to be reminded that Mr. Radpoor in spring of year 2007 while heading towrds the workers Golgasht ceremony, was stopped and arrested on Chaloos road in Karaj. He was detained for almost a month at the security homes of the Intelligence Ministry and was severly tortured and as the result of these tortures, 2 of his ribs were broken and his sholder was seriously damaged, for which he has never received treatment.
Mr. Radpoor in an 8 minute trial at the revolutionary court of Karaj, without a lawyer and without being given the right to defend himself, was sentenced to 3 years prison. He started a hunger strike on 5 August in protest to inhuman and savage treatment of political prisoners. On 7 August he was transferred to section 8 of Sepah and spent 192 days in solitary confinement. His interrogators opened a new case against him and on 24 Aug 2009 at branch 1 of Karaj Revolutionary Court he was tried by Assef Hosseini and was sentenced to another 5 years. During the trial he was deprived from his right to defend himself and have an attorney and upto now he is still without a lawyer.
Activists for Human Rights and Democracy in Iran, condemn deprivation of treatment of the political prisoners in severe health conditions, adopted by the islamic judges against the political prisoners and ask all human rights organizations to take action towards ending of torture of the political prisoners in Iran.

عدم درمان زندانیان سیاسی که در شرایط وخیم جسمی بسر می برند
بنابه گزارشات رسیده از بند 4 زندان گوهردشت کرج،زندانی سیاسی منصور رادپوراز ناراحتی شدید معده و کلیه رنج می برد. و دچار خونریزی و عونت می باشد ولی از درمان او خوداری می شود.
زندانی سیاسی منصور رادپور 41 ساله مدتها است که از ناراحتی معده و کلیه رنج می برد.کلیه او دچار عفونت شدید می باشد و معده وی دچار خونریزی است و همراه با دردهای شدید که گاها حتی قادر به خوردن غذا نیست. بنابه اظهارات بهداری زندان اوباید برای اندسکوپی به بیمارستانهای خارج از زندان اعزام شود چونکه امکان درمان وی در بهداری زندان وجود ندارد.
انتقال او به بیمارستانهای خارج از زندان باید با موافقت عاصف حسینی رئیس شعبه 1 دادگاه انقلاب کرج صورت پذیرد. عاصف حسینی تا به حال از موافقت با درمان او در بیمارستانهای خارج از زندان امتناع ورزیده و بیماری وی را به عنوان عامل فشار علیه این زندانی سیاسی بکار می برد.عاصف حسینی از بازجویان سابق که لباس قضاوت بر تن کرده و باعث محکومیتهای سنگین و محدودیتها علیه زندانیان سیاسی و خانواده های آنها است .
لازم به یادآوری است آقای رادپور اردیبهشت ماه 86 وقتی که قصد شرکت در مراسم گل گشت کارگران را داشت در جاده چالوس کرج و نزدیک شهر کرج دستگیر شد. او نزدیک به یک ماه در خانه های امن وزارت اطلاعات زندانی بود و بشدت مورد شکنجه قرار گرفت که در اثر این شکنجه ها 2 دنده سینه اش شکسته شد و همچنین کتف او آسیب جدی دید و هیچوقت مورد معالجه قرار نگرفت. آقای رادپور در یک محاکمه چند دقیقیه ای در شعبه 8 دادگاه انقلاب کرج بدون اینکه حق دفاع از خود داشته باشد و بدون داشتن وکیل محکوم به 3 سال زندان گردید. او در 14 مرداد ماه در اعتراض به شرایط غیر انسانی و رفتارهای وحشیانه با زندانیان سیاسی اقدام به اعتصاب غذا نمود. 16 مرداد 1387 به بند 8 سپاه منتقل گردید و 192 روز در سلولهای انفرادی بسر برد.بازجویان پرونده جدیدی علیه او گشودند و در تاریخ 2 شهریورماه 1387در شعبه 1 دادگاه انقلاب کرج توسط فردی بنام عاصف حسینی مورد محاکمه قرار گرفت و به 5 سال دیگر زندان محکوم شد. درجریان محاکمه او از حق دفاع و داشتن وکیل محروم بود و همچنان بدون وکیل می باشد.
فعالین حقوق بشر و دمکراسی در ایران،عدم درمان زندانیان سیاسی که در شرایط وخیم جسمی هستند جنایتی است که توسط قاضیهای ولی فقیه علیه زندانیان بی دفاع بکار برده می شود را محکوم می کند و از تمامی سازمانهای حقوق بشری خواستار دخالت برای پایان دادن به شکنجۀ زندانیان سیاسی در ایران است.
