According to reports received, political prisoner, Ali Saremi, yesterday from solitary confinement of Sepah section in Evin prison was transferred to Gohardasht prison in Karaj. This inhuman measure is even in contrast with the existing norms and regulations.
On Thursday 22 October the political prisoner Ali Saremi, following orders issued by Sepah was transferred from solitary confinment of Sepah section in Evin to Gohardasht prison in Karaj. This happens while Saremi's legal case remains unresolved for over two years and being resident in Tehran, his transfer to Gohardasht (another municipality) is in contrast with the existing regulations. Such cases, where the political prisoner residing in Tehran with an unresolved case, is transferred to Gohardasht is very rare.
No news is available regarding the conditions of another political prisoner, Seyed Zohoor Nabavi, editor of The Arian Land who was detained in the same period at the solitary confinement section of Sepah prison.
The political prisoners detained in section 350 on wednesday 14 October were attacked by 150 highly dangerous prisoners under a plan drawn up by the Intelligence Ministry, the chief of Evin prison Sedaghat, the security sevice of Evin and executed under direct supervision of Bozorg Nia. Bozorg Nia, chief of section 350 of Evin, executed this plan through a clergy named Roghani who is arrested and kept in prison for immoral conduct and fraud, together with Moslem Najaf Abadi. They did not limit their actions to this brutal attack and transferred the defenceless prisoners to solitary confinement cells of Sepah section of Evin from section 350.
Bozorgnia, the chief of section 350 of Evin prison is the master executor of the oppressive and inhuman plots planned by the Intelligence Ministry and the chief of Evin prison, Sedaghat. This individual is one of the well known torturers of Evin prison and for years has had an active role in torturing and mistreating the political prisoners.
It is to be reminded that Ali Saremi, 62 years old, is among the people arrested during the 19th anniversary event held for the massacre of 1988 political prisoners and his case has been unresolved for over two years. He has been arrested 4 times and has passed 20 years in the prisons of the regim. He also suffers from numerous physical and health problems but so far has not received any treatments.
Acrivists for Human Rights and Democracy in Iran have condemned the transferring and detaining of the political pisoners whose cases are unresolved, to Gohardasht prison together with dangerous detainees which is against the current norms and regulations and have asked the United Nation High Commissioner on Human Rights to take practical measures towards the ending of the violation of human rights on political prisoners in Iran.

تبعید یک زندانی سیاسی بلاتکلیف به زندان گوهردشت کرج
بنابه گزارشات رسیده ، زندانیان سیاسی علی صارمی روز گذشته از سلولهای انفرادی بند سپاه به زندان گوهردشت کرج تبعید شد. این اقدام غیر انسانی حتی برخلاف قوانین موجود می باشد.
روز پنجشنبه 30 مهرماه زندانیان سیاسی علی صارمی بدستور بازجویان سپاه پاسداران از سلول انفرادی بند سپاه زندان اوین به زندان گوهردشت کرج منتقل گردید. این در حالی است که آقای صارمی بیش از 2 سال است که در بلاتکلیفی بسر می برد و همچنین ساکن تهران می باشد و طبق قوانین موجود تبعید ایشان به زندان گوهردشت غیر قانونی است. چنین مواردی که زندانی سیاسی، ساکن تهران باشد و در بلاتکلیفی بسر می برد به زندان گوهردشت تبعید شود به ندرت روی می دهد.
از طرفی دیگر از وضعیت و شرایط زندانی سیاسی سید ظهور نبوی مقاله نویس سرزمین آریائی که همزمان به سلولهای انفرادی بند سپاه منتقل شده بود خبری در دست نیست.
زندانیان سیاسی بند 350 زندان اوین چهارشنبه شب 22 مهرماه مورد یورش 150 نفر از زندانیان عادی و خطرناک که با طراحی وزارت اطلاعات و صداقت رئیس زندان اوین و توسط حفاظت و اطلاعات زندان و تحت نظارت بزرگ نیا به اجرا در آمد.بزرگ نیا رئیس بند 350 زندان اوین این یورش را توسط آخوندی بنام روغنی که به جرم فساد اخلاق و کلاهبردای در زندان بسر می برد و مسلم نجف آبادی به اجرا در آورد. آنها به این یورش وحشیانه اکتفا نکردند و زندانیان سیاسی بی دفاع را از بند 350 به سلولهای انفرادی بند سپاه زندان اوین منتقل کردند.
بزرگ نیا رئیس بند 350 زندان اوین از مجریان طرحهای سرکوبگرانه و غیر انسانی وزارت اطلاعات و صداقت رئیس زندان اوین علیه زندانیان سیاسی می باشد. این فرد از شکنجه گران شناخته شده زندان اوین می باشد و سالها است که در شکنجه و اذیت وآزار زندانیان سیاسی نقش فعالی دارد .
لازم به یاد آوری است آقای علی صارمی 62 ساله از دستگیر شدگان مراسم نوزدهمین سالگرد قتل عام زندانیان سیاسی 67 می باشد و بیش از 2 سال است که در بلاتکلیفی بسر می برد. او در طی 4 بار بازداشت 20 سال است که در زندانهای این رژیم بسر می برد. همچنین از ناراحتیهای جسمی متععدی رنج می برد ولی تا به حال از درمان وی خوداری شده است.
فعالین حقوق بشر و دمکراسی در ایران، تبعید زندانیان سیاسی بلاتکلیف به زندان گوهردشت و قرار دادن آنها در کنار زندانیان عادی و خطرناک که برخلاف قوانین موجود است را محکوم می کند و از کمیسرعالی حقوق بشر سازمان ملل خواستار اقدامات عملی برای پایان دادن اعمال ضد بشری علیه زندانیان سیاسی در ایران است.
