Officials Shut Down Electricity in Razi University, Kermanshah

Based on news received from Kermanshah’s Razi University on December 19th, the entire city had electricity except for Motahari student residence. It is believed the electricity was shut down to oppress the students and to place more pressure on them. Campus security ordered students to their rooms and told them not to come out. This oppressive act was met with student protests.
