Families of Prisoners Gather at the Prosecutor’s Office and Evin Prison

Starting at 8:00am, more than 80 family members headed to the Revolutionary Prosecutor’s Office to track down the arrested.
After several hours of protests without receiving any answers from the prosecutor’s office, the family members decided to leave.
It is believed that a number of the detainees were also present in the court, and hearing this news caused the family members to become more worried.
Later, at the meeting hall in Evin Prison, more than 100 family members stood inside and outside the hall waiting to get any word on their detained loved ones. At 3:00pm, a number of family members gathered at the main doors of the prison in hopes of speaking to prisoners set free. Family members were hoping to receive any type of information on their detained loved ones.
