Mazandaran Workers on Strike
More than 300 textile employees of Mazandaran factory stopped their work in protest of more than three months of unpaid wages.
Safir News Agency reported the crisis began during the process of Mazandaran factory getting handed over to a foreign company. Currently, more than 300 contract workers are unpaid and it has been approximately one month that a significant amount of contract workers (the factory has 1000 employees) are prevented from entering the premises.
