Suspicious death of a female political prisoner in Orumiyeh
Political prisoner Zahra Jafari held at Orumiyeh prison for five months has died suspiciously.
According to the prisoners unit of Human Rights Activists in Iran, on January 6, 2010, the body of Zahra Jafari was transferred out of the prison.
The reason for her death isnot clear.
It should be mentioned that despite several suspicious deaths in various prisons, no research that may lead to concrete answers has been conducted.
